Purpose and acceptance
Baymax Household Health is a private integration for one household. By authorizing an account, the account holder agrees to these terms and permits Baymax to access the approved data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Authorized use
The integration may be used only with the account holder's informed permission. Users must not use it to access another person's account, redistribute another person's health data, interfere with the service, or use the data for an unauthorized commercial purpose.
Wellness information only
Baymax organizes wearable data and produces general wellness summaries. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Do not delay professional care or rely on Baymax for an urgent health decision.
Accuracy and availability
Wearable measurements, derived trends, automated summaries, and third-party services can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The integration is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular health outcome.
Oura and other services
Oura is an independent third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Baymax's operation depends on the Oura API and may change or stop if that service, its permissions, or its data availability changes. Baymax is not endorsed by or affiliated with Oura Health Oy.
Access, revocation, and termination
The account holder may revoke Oura access at any time. We may suspend the integration to protect privacy, security, or service reliability, or if continued use would violate these terms or a third-party service's requirements.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the integration or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
